Who can request assistance from The Lexington Foundation?

Individuals or families experiencing temporary hardship may submit a request for assistance. Requests may also be submitted by a trusted community member, school staff, or advocate on behalf of a family in need.

What types of assistance can I request?

Assistance may include help with heating or utility needs, emergency family support, or other short-term hardships. Each request is reviewed individually based on need and available resources.

Do I need to provide documentation?

Documentation is helpful when available but is not required to submit a request. Examples may include utility bills, shut-off notices, or a written explanation of hardship.

Is my information kept confidential?

Yes. All information submitted is kept confidential and reviewed only by authorized personnel. No identifying details are shared without written consent.
